Since my goal in life is to graduate and to start my own business, therefore, I have to look for the opportunity and the market before taking a step forward. The business that I want to start is a beauty salon. Beauty is one of the vital features for humans, especially for women. Beauty salon hence is found to be a profitable business. There is a little or no chance of failures since the industry is based on one of the basic needs of people. The beauty salon will always be a most sought full business throughout the world. UAE also has the same acceptance and need for this business as somewhere else.

The Beauty enterprise in the UAE is one of the sectors in the country that is going at a fast speed. The growing economy of the UAE has raised the standards of its nationals, resulted in the need of increased requirement of these salons. Beauty salon industry has shown remarkable progress in the last five years. This increasing need, therefore, makes the beauty salons to be a highly profitable business. The requirements, to open a beauty salon, are not so much strict, simple permission from the related authority can be helpful in starting your entrepreneurship project.

The community or the society, on the other hand, is actually the customer of the organization, the satisfaction of the society is what every company wishes for.
Employees at my beauty salon will get pays higher than the market value. Trust, respect, and empathy will be the compelling central values for employees.
